So…what is the Monday Poll?
Well, it isn't exactly a poll. It's more of a constantly evolving (devolving?), somewhat random list of questions I've been putting out to readers every Monday morning for the by ten (!) years. (It's like a kickstart for your brain.) I've always enjoyed reading your answers in the comments, and I hope you lot enjoy reading mine. ?
1. Dazzler products for which you always have backups/extras around in case yous run out?
Two things.
Actually, three things. I e'er accept an actress bottle of Kate Spade… Kate Spade, LOL! I meant Kate Somerville Anti Bac Immigration Lotion to keep the pimples away.
I also keep an extra bottle (or 2) of Rita Hazan Root Concealer Impact-Up Spray in Dark Dark-brown/Black around because my roots are all about showing up at the virtually inopportune times.
Tertiary matter is body lotion. I tin can't fathom living in a house where one runs out of body balm.
2. What are some things you like to buy in bulk?
Toilet paper. I like having obnoxious amounts of toilet paper at domicile, and I get freaked out by the thought of not having plenty toilet newspaper around… Does everyone ever become ane of those little packs with the iv rolls and exist OK with it? Not me.
three. What are some places, other than where you live now, that y'all could see yourself living in?
I could meet myself living in Southern California, like in San Diego. Ooh! I dear San Diego…
And Hawaii, of grade.
But both sets of Connor's grandparents live here in Northern California, and so I recollect we'll exist staying here, but if Connor decides to go to college anytime in Hawaii or San Diego or someplace else, maybe El Hub and I volition pack up and move in that location!
4. I think it'due south important to…
Become enough slumber! — otherwise, it's Grumpy Goatville the next day. (I may or may not exist referring to myself.)
I also think that information technology'due south important to take the time to think before speaking, because some things can't be taken back.
And information technology's important to moisturize those hands, girl.
5. How frequently exercise yous leave the house with wet hair?
Oh, like…never. I never do it, non even in the summertime, because my hair isn't the type that air dries nicely. I end up looking like a rabid poodle.
6. What is your inner phonation talking about today?
Starting time, it's saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MBB! 🙂 Because today is Makeup and Beauty Weblog'due south 10th altogether. I started the blog on February 20th, 2007.
Second, it's telling me to "bring it" when I become to HIIT class tonight, considering there are lots of, like, hardcore athletes in the night class who don't mess around.

Today is the day. I started MBB exactly 10 years ago today.
Wow. I can't even… I'k speechless. That is SUCH a long time for something similar a web log. For anything, really.
Sometimes I can't even remember beingness an adult before MBB, LOL!
Thank you for making this one of the most fulfilling, fascinating, fun things I've e'er been involved with.
I'm feeling and then many emotions right now…simply I don't want to diameter you or get too cheesy. Suffice to say, thanks for spending part of your life with me.
